Providing state-of-the-art services to young children who are in need of improving communication abilities and increasing their learning potential.

Importance of Language Development
Language is the template for all learning. It is the basis for learning to read. There is a critical window of opportunity for language to develop along with brain development. Early intervention is critical for positive learning outcomes. The benefits of early intervention last a lifetime. A community can spend a little now or a great deal of money for children who are discouraged and unsuccessful later in their lives.

The causes of language disorders are diverse – due to birth defects, syndromes, emotional disturbances, environmental deprivation, head injuries, hearing impairments, and other unknown causes. Many of the children who attend the clinic are diagnosed with autism, apraxia, or Down Syndrome.
